New Build: Research Proposal for 158m Offshore Construction Vessel

GB Marine is now involved with the design of a new 158m Offshore Pipelaying Construction Support Vessel designed to support offshore activities on a worldwide basis. The Vessel is to be a an ABS classed DP3 vessel with accommodations for 600 personnel. The vessel will be equipped with an offshore revolving pedestal crane, and one smaller crane, and one gangway boom rest .The vessel is designed to be capable of maintaining station and heading when lifting or pipelaying in DP mode under environmental conditions defined by the owner.
